Job Description:
Ferrite Processing and Design Engineer develop unique assembly process for surface mount and microstrip thin film isolator circulators. Develop unique RF matching tuning process for surface mount and microstrip thin film isolators. Train and qualify technicians to perform assembly and tuning for surface mount and microstrip think film isolator and circulators. Develop work instruction for the special processing, develop documentation for testing and quality inspection, provide trouble shooting for production. Design automatic bonding machine to improve accuracy of the operation. Customize testing set up to reduce testing error and difference between in house testing and customer testing. Train and qualify technician to calibrate high frequency testing fixture. Evaluate specifications from customer requests to create key design elements. Use simulation software to determine material for ferrite and magnet, temperature compensation and circuit. Generate build of material for product design samples. Work with mechanical engineers to create individual drawings for components and data sheets for the design. Work with process engineers for fixture development and process development. Will oversee junior mechanical engineers. International travel is required 15% of the time to JQL facilities in Asia and Europe. Requires 3 years of engineering experience in the skill sets listed in the job description. Salary $121,701/year. Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop mechanical systems, components, and assemblies.

• Perform engineering calculations for stress, load, thermal, and tolerance analysis.

Requirements – Education & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in mechanical design or product development preferred.
Technical Skills:
• Proficient in CAD tools (SolidWorks and AutoCAD).
• Knowledge of materials science, thermodynamics, and mechanical systems.
• Understanding of GD&T and tolerance analysis.
Soft Skills:

Salary:

JQL Tech is a global company, we are the leader of RF isolator/circulators worldwide. We are seeking 2 lab technician Trainees. No experience is needed, we will provide the job training. It has high potential to grow in the company, the wages could be up to 25 per hour for the skilled technicians.
Duties:
• Conduct tests and detailed assembly of products related to defense and space.
• Operate laboratory equipment and tools, ensuring proper maintenance and calibration.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to support development.
