• Position: Junior Mechanical Engineer
• Job Description:

  We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a background in engineering fundamentals, creativity in problem-solving, and hands-on experience with CAD tools and prototyping. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to bring ideas from concept to production, ensuring that designs are innovative, cost-effective, and reliable.

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop mechanical systems, components, and assemblies.

  • Create 3D models and detailed drawings using SolidWorks and AutoCAD.

  • Conduct simulations and testing to validate designs and optimize performance.

  • Perform engineering calculations for stress, load, thermal, and tolerance analysis.

  • Prepare documentation including BOMs, technical reports, and specifications.

  • Collaborate with manufacturing, electrical, and software teams for product integration.

  • Support prototype fabrication and testing; troubleshoot issues during development.

  • Ensure designs meet regulatory and safety standards.

  • Participate in design reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.

  Requirements – Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

  • 1–2 years of experience in mechanical design or product development preferred.

  Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in CAD tools (SolidWorks and AutoCAD).

  • Knowledge of materials science, thermodynamics, and mechanical systems.

  • Understanding of GD&T and tolerance analysis.

  Soft Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

  • Organized and detail-oriented.

  • Capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.

  Salary:

  • Pay: $50,000 – $75,000 per year.

• Position: Lab Technician
• Job Description:

  JQL Tech is a global company, we are the leader of RF isolator/circulators worldwide. We are seeking 2 lab technician Trainees. No experience is needed, we will provide the job training. It has high potential to grow in the company, the wages could be up to 25 per hour for the skilled technicians.

  Duties:

  • Conduct tests and detailed assembly of products related to defense and space.

  • Operate laboratory equipment and tools, ensuring proper maintenance and calibration.

  • Collaborate with engineering teams to support development.

  Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a laboratory or technical environment is preferred.

  • Good vision is needed since the products are small.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
